Just a quick update

Surgery went well.

Left side was clear.
Right side - 2/5 positive

Next surgery is to get port installed - then Chemo mid march.

Radiation still to be determined.

Be strong and take this as a challenge. I'm a cancer patient with NPC(Nose)which then metatisis to lungs within 8 mths after the treatment for NPC. The radiation and chemo are no comfort.
I've changed my diet and lifestyle. Very very low on meat, diary products, milk and eggs. Once in a blue moon and small amounts for taste only. High on vegetable, fruits, beans & protien drink. Sleep early b4 11.00pm and up by 5.30am for QiKong.(Breathing with walking & meditation exercise).
Try this, one hour b4 chemo, take one or two sweet potatoes. They r high in fibre and helps to put a "netting" on the stomach(which is the most sensitive parts). During the chemo dont stop yourself from eating. In small portion if you are not to it or sleepy.
In my support group, patients who took this advice, feels better and slightly affect their appetite. We need to eat to bring back the lost cells. Your take care and be strong. You have cancer but cancer didnt have you.
